Role overview
Introduction For our Production Division, we are looking for a Team Manager (H/F) with a watchmaker training, whose main mission will be to animate, pilot and accompany a unit dedicated to watchmaker assembly.
You will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a stimulating environment, in which you will coordinate various projects within multidisciplinary teams.

- Support and guide your teams in achieving their goals and developing their watchmaking skills
- Create an environment conducive to the smooth running of the activity by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to the group's cohesion
- Developing relationships with stakeholders to boost exchanges and opportunities for progress Operational management:
- Pilot the entity's performance using and developing different steering and reporting tools to achieve the objectives set
- Ensuring the adequacy of employees' burden/capacity by considering the requirements of internal clients Profile Clock CFC First management experience desired
- Successful experience in agile team management in watchmaking industry Natural Leadership, Listening and Empathy
