- Lead a team of 9 employees in organizational and technical terms
- Transport of roller containers to the order preparation area to ensure smooth preparation process
- Ensuring the smooth running of processes and contributing to the implementation of the continuous improvement process in operational activities
- Receipt and processing of disposal items from stores and, in some cases, prior sorting by type of container
- Be co-responsible for the implementation of occupational safety guidelines; inform the head of department of incidents and/or situations

Required
- Professional experience: 3-5 years: In a comparable function
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): in the field of logistics, supplemented by a Federal Certificate of Specialist in Logistics
- Experience in coaching a small team, team spirit and flexibility
- Analytical mind, process oriented and networked thinking
- High degree of personal responsibility, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in planning and organizing tours, as well as good knowledge of the transport sector
