Company and context
- You take on the professional responsibility and organization of the reception
- For service planning, coordination and guidance of the team incl.
- Training new employees is your responsibility
- Compliance with and further development of quality standards you ensure
- You take care of the telephone center reliably and competently
- You take over the administrative acceptance of patients and work within the framework of patient master data management
- With administrative activities you support the care service on the station
- You are responsible for ordering office, laboratory and consumable materials as well as collecting demand reports
- Internal transport service order coordinate and arrange independently
- The coordination of appointments is in your area of responsibility
