Main responsibilities
- Personnel and professional management of 4 employees at the Chur and Davos sites
- Preparation, cleaning and collection of property data for property valuers in the valuation system Opening of valuation orders and billing
- First point of contact for written and telephone requests
- Efficient handling of various administrative tasks
- Administrative support to the assessment team Requirements
- Completed training as a merchant EFZ or equivalent training
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing, knowledge of other cantonal languages are an advantage Safe handling of modern computer equipment
- Structured, independent and precise working method
- Service- and solution-oriented personality, teamwork, commitment and initiative Leadership experience is beneficial
