Your tasks
You will define and implement the team's long-term vision, goals and testing strategy in line with departmental goals.
You plan, coordinate and monitor functional validation programs on test benches for hydraulic components.

- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a specialization in mobile hydraulics, mobile machines, drive systems, construction or agricultural machinery.

- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a specialization in mobile hydraulics, mobile machines, drive systems, construction or agricultural machinery.
Application process
- You have proven experience in development and validation technology, ideally in the area of hydraulic drive systems, mobile machines or off-highway applications.
- You have in-depth knowledge of hydraulic drives, control systems and functional validation methods, combined with a good understanding of machine functions and system behavior under real operating conditions.
- Leadership is a central part of your profile: you actively coach and support your team, set clear priorities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- You promote a performance-oriented culture, strengthen personal responsibility and support your team in solving complex technical challenges.

- You communicate confidently in French and German and have good knowledge of English.
