- Assister la réceptionniste et assurer son remplacement selon les besoins
- Répondre aux téléphones et accueillir les visiteurs
- Traiter l’arrivée du courrier et des colis Administration générale :
- Aider lors de l’organisation d’événements
- Participer à l’envoi de mailings et courriers divers
- Assurer la gestion de divers fichiers pour l’administration des données
- Maintenir à jour le guide du Stagiaire Transport :
- Assister la responsable dans la planification et l’organisation des voyages des élèves School shop :
- Assister la responsable lors des commandes des uniformes, fournitures scolaires, etc...
- Aide aux journées d’essayage Facilities:
- Aider le manager à organiser des évènements (disposition des salles, gestion du catering)
- Assister dans le suivi des tâches de maintenance Marketing:
- Assister le service de marketing avec les tâches administratives Possibilité de stage aux Admissions, RH et Finances selon intérêt. VOS CONNAISSANCES
- Bonnes connaissances de l’anglais
- Maîtrise de l’univers Microsoft (Word, Excel,...)
- Très bonne capacité de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit
