Role overview
Deployed at several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations at two sites, two departments for adults with disabilities, with an intellectual disability with a physical problem, a specialized school and a workshop and vocational training sector respectively.

Key requirements
- Training of specialist teachers at the ES or HES level in the field of special education or social services.
- ESA training or equivalent.
- Analytical skills developed for fine-tuning complex situations and adapting intervention strategies
- Experience or strong skills to accompany complex profiles.
- Trained or sensitized to approaches: ABA, TEACCH, PECS, CAA (an asset).
