Application process

  • We are looking for two Specialist Case Managers to investigate and process complex cases, ensure uniform application of federal and cantonal legislation, advise internal and external partners and participate in the quality of services provided by the service.
  • The positions are assigned respectively to the Division Communes et nationalité – secteur Naturalisations at avenue de Beaulieu 19 or to the Division Statistique civile – secteur Analyse de l'Autorité de surveillance at avenue de Sévelin 46.
  • Analyze and investigate complex cases in accordance with existing legal provisions and procedures.
  • Take autonomous decisions and draft administrative acts.
  • Advise and accompany internal and external partners, including municipalities, civil registry offices, Swiss representations abroad and their administration.
  • Ensure the quality, conformity and evolution of practices, in collaboration with the various stakeholders concerned.
  • Participate in cross-cutting activities such as training, sector representation and continuous improvement of benefits.

  • Experience in relations with various interlocutors and public service sense.
  • Mastery of common computer tools.
  • Knowledge of nationality law, civil status law or private international law is an asset.
