Tasks

• You have a varied portfolio in the retail, office and residential sectors
• You work proactively in close cooperation with the owner Swiss Life
• You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and provide real estate maintenance.
• You conduct periodic real estate inspections and assess their condition
• You monitor the current rental rate policy and advise the owner when determining the rental rate.
• You take away rental properties and hand them over
• You are involved in projects

Requirements

• You have completed a KV apprenticeship or a basic technical training (e.g. building draftsman/in) with a further education to / to the technical merchant / merchant
• You have an oath. Real estate managers or adequate further education in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in real estate management, ideally with business properties
• You have good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB and SchKG)
• You master stylish German in word and writing
• You have good knowledge in MS-Office and have a digital affinity.
• You convince through pleasant manners, negotiating skills and a confident appearance
