Tasks: • You manage a smaller portfolio of commercial properties with the support of a senior manager or team leader • You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers • You are responsible for securing, executing and accompaniment of maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting • You develop and control the annual budget incl. Forecasts and controls and contracts creditors • You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution • You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners on how to set rental rates • You make lease contract changes, rental rate changes, and indexed rental rate adjustments Requirements • You have an oath. Property management certificate or are on the way to it • You bring your first professional experience in the real estate industry • Your mother tongue is German and you can ideally communicate verbally and in writing in other languages • You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-control • You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people • You bring an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies and are open to new things • You have self-learning skills and you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
