- Support our non-life external service employees in the acquisition of technical skills in insurance, products, systems, processes and sales methods.
- Prepare and conduct face-to-face or virtual training and accompany participants throughout their journey as part of a structured individual tutoring.
- Adapt your speech to train professionals and people who discover the profession.
- Develop and adapt our training offer by following the agile method and objectives set, combining traditional methods, new digital tools and the latest techniques in knowledge acquisition.
