Main responsibilities

  • Help design from the ground up
  • You help build the day clinic: from concepts to processes to the creation of a therapeutic space that combines work ability and mental health.
  • In-depth diagnostics & therapy – You carry out integrated psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments, create individual treatment plans and accompany patients on their path to reintegration.
  • Documentation – You keep medical histories and write reports that are not only formally correct, but also present therapeutic progress and goals in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Design interfaces – You work closely with employment agencies, social services, employers and relatives.
  • Expert reports & psychotherapy – You have the opportunity to take on expert work and carry out outpatient psychotherapy. Advisory service
  • You are part of the advisory service of the LUKS Sursee Research & teaching
  • You take part in case discussions, supervision and academic projects - with the option of a doctorate or habilitation through the University of Lucerne. Requirements:
  • Medical expertise – You have completed your medical studies (with MEBEKO recognition) and are advanced or already a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH).
  • Clinical experience – At least 2 years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry – you know the challenges and know how to approach complex cases in a structured manner.

Key requirements

  • Medical expertise – You have completed your medical studies (with MEBEKO recognition) and are advanced or already a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH).
  • Clinical experience – At least 2 years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry – you know the challenges and know how to approach complex cases in a structured manner.
  • Linguistic confidence – Very good knowledge of German is essential for documentation and communication.
  • Strong communication skills – You can communicate complex issues in an understandable way – whether to patients, teams or external partners.
  • Team player with vision – You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary manner, value collegial exchange and want to help shape conceptual work.
