- Training of staff at the cantonal archives in Vaudois;
- Work experience of 3 years in a secretariat with reception, as well as in the management of an economy and archives;
- Ability to work as a team and excellent customer orientation;
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion as to the users of the service;
- Excellent mastery of computer tools and good learning ability;
- Disclosure of any criminal history is required for this position.
