It enables participation in specialized courses of the Air Zermatt Training Center – especially for people with limited training access and financial resources. Possible courses AHEMS Crew Member Course

Application process

  • Course fees Who can apply? Applications may be:
  • Specialists with a medical background (sanitarians, emergency doctors, nurses with emergency experience) → MEM courses
  • Technical rescue specialists (mountain, water, altitude or desert rescue) → HEMS course
  • Members of local or international rescue organisations actively providing or improving emergency care Conditions
  • Proven professional experience (completed or ongoing) in the rescue sector Clear financial need
  • Objective: Improving rescue structures in the country of origin International willingness to cooperate Good English skills Application Application documents: Personal data
  • Letter of motivation (max. 1000 words) Evidence of training and experience Justification and proof of financial need
