Main responsibilities
- The first point of contact for our customers: removal of goods, order of products or return of items that are not suitable
- Seizing and tracking orders, so that each person will leave with exactly what they expected
- Custom advice in store or accompaniment on our online shop, up to the perfect product
- Resupply of shelves, impeccable showroom and transfers of goods on a daily basis – the shop turns thanks to you
- Processing of requests in back office: in the backstage too, no request remains without answer
Key requirements
- 1 to 3 years: in the retail trade (preferably in the multimedia sector)
- Completed professional learning (CFC): Retail trade
- Understanding the workings of online sales and passion for digital shopping
