Full description
For our Lausanne store, we are looking for an energetic, flexible and committed person, either right away or to agree. It is a versatile retail position combining customer advice, sales and operational management. You support customers, manage orders and contribute to the proper functioning of the store, while handling customer requests in back office.

Required
- 1 to 3 years: in retail trade (preferably in multimedia)
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail trade
- Understanding the workings of online sales and passion for digital shopping
- Fascination for our assortment, cold blood in rush moments and engagement when needed
- Actions and decisions aligned with your personal beliefs and values
- Creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve your goals
