Role overview
As an SIRH and office automation sponsor, you contribute to the operational support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications for the entire Vaud cantonal administration (VAC) and autonomous entities. You process and track requests and incidents you document. You participate in the application tests and guarantee the proper management of accesses and the updating of trade repositories. You will also contact the Directorate-General for Human Resources at the Digital and Information Systems Branch (DGNIS) as an office contact for access requests, hardware and software.
- Provide operational support for HRIS applications — Oracle-PeopleSoft, Oracle-HCM-recruitment, GED HR, GED HR function, Mobatime-JBMv6 — for the HR function of the ACV and autonomous entities, providing a first level of response and climbing complex situations.
- Process, document and track incidents and requests related to ACV's SIRH applications, including EasyVista, JIRA, by following up until resolution or closure and participating in the drafting of usage procedures.
- Manage access to HRIS applications for users of the HR function of the ACV and the autonomous entities concerned, including allocation, control and removal of accesses, as well as updating the reference tables according to validated applications of the trade.
- Participate in setting and updating business reference tables while updating documentation and contributing to data quality.
- Conduct testing of HRIS applications and participate in the development of functional test scenarios, including updates to PeopleSoft, HCM-ORC and other applications.

- SWC in the field of commerce or computer science, professional maturity, ES degree, federal patent or equivalent training.
- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in office support, user support, helpdesk, IT application management or administration.
- Very good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and ease in using ticket management tools such as EasyVista, JIRA or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the environment of the Swiss public administration and the field and training of trainers at the workplace are assets.
- Responsibility, teamwork and high customer orientation.
- Ability to work rigorously, method with good editorial capacity.
