Dans le cadre de la réorganisation de notre pôle Formation, vous assurerez le pilotage du dispositif de formation de la Fondation de Nant.
En étroite collaboration avec la Direction des relations humaines, à laquelle vous serez rattaché·e, vous participerez à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la politique de formation, coordonnerez l'ensemble du processus de formation (planification, organisation, suivi administratif et budgétaire, reporting) et veillerez à répondre aux besoins de développement des compétences de l'institution .
