- Together with the HR management to which you report, define and direct the Campus's training strategy, in relation to HR strategy, business priorities and career development
- Develop an agile and efficient Campus organization, in close collaboration with the trades, in order to anticipate the needs by delivering high-value development solutions for the Group as a whole
- Manager of Campus teams, including pedagogical engineers, the team of in-house trainers and administration, promoting the development of skills and the quality of the learning experience
- Develop and manage the training catalogue, in order to offer courses tailored to the current and future needs of employees
- Design and deploy various, innovative and engaging educational devices: face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning, microlearning or learning communities
- Piloting the training budget, coordinating external providers and ensuring efficient management of resources
- Support transformation projects and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning within the company
- Measuring the effectiveness of training schemes using relevant indicators and implementing process review and continuous improvement approaches What makes you unique:
