We are looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial personality as Head of Accident Claims Department German-speaking Switzerland, starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement. In this central role, you will contribute significantly to providing our customers with a first-class service, even in demanding situations. Together with your team, you will promote customer-oriented, efficient, and forward-looking service delivery. Furthermore, you will actively drive the further development of the department and make a substantial contribution to the continuous optimization of our services as well as the future-oriented development of Vaudoise. In doing so, you will recognize potential for improvement, provide impetus, and actively help shape changes sustainably. These diverse tasks await you:

Tasks

• Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the Accident Claims Department German-speaking Switzerland
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of three team leaders as well as around 30 employees
• Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and customer-oriented claims processing in the area of accident insurance
• Responsibility for goal achievement, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Active quality and complaints management as well as monitoring of relevant key performance indicators
• Representation of the department vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in projects and active further development of processes, organization, and digitalization
• Support of the Head of UVG Switzerland in the implementation of the divisional strategy This is what sets you apart:

Requirements

• Several years of management experience in a comparable role as well as the ability to successfully develop teams further
• Several years of professional experience in the claims department of accident, personal injury, or social insurance
• You hold a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency (Eidgenössischer Fachausweis) or comparable education
• You convince through your pronounced leadership and communication skills as well as your decisiveness
• Analytical thinking skills, high customer orientation, and enthusiasm for change and optimization processes
• Very good written and spoken German skills, as well as good French skills, are an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
