Ensure, accompany and further develop the quality of training in the assigned holdings
Conducting site visits as well as advising and accompaniing vocational trainees, education managers and leaders on training issues (care and other professional fields)

- Nursing professional HF or equivalent and in-depth experience in vocational training
- Ongoing or completed qualification at level SVEB 2 or equivalent
- Strong consulting, coaching and communication skills as well as pleasure in accompanying people in their development
- High social skills, resilience and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and structures
- Enjoy a varied activity with regular travel within the assigned region (GA is provided)
