Key responsibilities As a real estate valuation specialist, you evaluate real estate in the context of financing and advise internal clients on challenging valuation questions. You will analyse different object types, market conditions and project documents and contribute your expertise to well-founded financing decisions. - They participate in interdisciplinary project teams in the assessment of larger real estate transactions.
- They assume specialist and/or project responsibility for selected valuation and real estate topics and contribute to the further development of the area.
The team You work in an ambitious and motivated team of specialists who provide real estate valuation services within UBS Switzerland AG. The Real Estate Valuation Center is organizationally subordinated to the Chief Risk Officer UBS Switzerland AG Private & Corporate Clients. We offer you flexibility in the design of your work as well as the opportunity to work partly in the home office. The planned office workplace in Zurich.
Your skills and experience
- Business administration training, ideally supplemented by real estate-specific training, e.g. CUREM, IREBS, SVIT, IFZ or real estate valuer.
- Alternatively: study architecture or engineering with additional economic education or comparable extensive practical experience.
- Experience in real estate valuation as well as good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, knowledge of the Basel real estate market are advantageous
- Pronounced teamwork, customer orientation and convincing appearance.
- Enjoy analytical and precise work as well as an independent and judgment-proof working method.
- Willingness to develop in a dynamic environment.
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good English skills are beneficial.
