- Monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous supply chain optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to develop and refine new products, bringing insights on food trends, especially in the protein and alternative‑protein segments.
- Contribute to national promotions by supporting product launches, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Track product results throughout their lifecycle and support decisions on continuation or withdrawal.
- Stay informed about market trends and evolving customer expectations, acting as a proactive source of ideas to modernize and energize the restaurant assortment. What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) in procurement and ideally in the food sector
- Autonomous, flexible, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders such as suppliers, logistics partners, and restaurant teams.
- Communicative and proactive, with the ability to take initiative, propose ideas, and remain resilient under pressure.
