Main responsibilities
- Proceeding the interests of the pension fund as builder
- Control and management of external planners, total contractors, general planners and specialists
- Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
- Coordination of all specialists and project managers in larger new construction and renovation projects
- Independent management of small to medium-sized construction, conversion and renovation projects
- Support for real estate management in construction issues and damage cases
- Independent management of the project administration
- Ensure the flow of information between all parties involved Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: as client representative or construction project manager, preferably in a GU/TU environment or in a comparable function
- Higher technical school: architect/in FH or building engineering technician/in HF ideally supplemented by business education
