The Prevention and Solidarity Centre (PPS) of the Directorate for Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS), attached to the Directorate-General for Social Cohesion (DGCS), is a dynamic and multidisciplinary centre active in home care, support for caring relatives and the fight against violence.

- To carry out the cantonal support programme for close caregivers and to ensure the implementation of cantonal priorities aimed at strengthening the support and recognition of close caregivers.
- Coordinate collaborations with relevant actors, monitor strategic and parliamentary issues.
- Follow-up of delegated services for the support of caregivers and the development of new projects, mandates or benefits.
- Develop piloting and evaluation tools, and participate in needs analysis and changes in benefits and support measures.
- Representing the Directorate within various specialised platforms and bodies, while ensuring a watchful look at legislative, scientific and innovative practices in the field.
- Ensure coordination of communication activities, awareness raising and promotion of cantonal support services for close caregivers with all stakeholders at cantonal and intercantonal levels.
- Participate or ensure inter-cantonal coordination of annual communication actions and the Day of Caregiver Caregiver Caregiver (JPA).
- Master or title deemed equivalent, required.
- Training in public administration or title deemed equivalent, desired.
