Full description

A wind of novelty blows on the site of the Directorate-General for Agriculture, Viticulture and Veterinary Affairs (DGAV) in Grange-Verney, Moudon, with the Agripoles project, which aims to create a pole of multidisciplinary excellence for the earth's professions. This large-scale project involves reorganising spaces and activities, adapting infrastructure to users' needs and maintaining activities during work. In order to represent the needs of the DGAV throughout this project, we are looking for a project manager representing users who can coordinate it from the point of view of users. This person will work closely with the Directorate-General for Buildings and Heritage (DGIP), which is leading the project on the employer's side, as well as with the various DGAV entities and relevant partners. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute concretely to an innovative and structuring project for the future of agricultural training and research in the canton of Vaud. The person can have a direct impact on the creation of a place where different activities and users can coexist harmoniously, reconciling their needs and constraints while maintaining a long-term overall vision.

  • Lead the Agripoles project from the point of view of DGAV users, identifying and coordinating the needs of the different entities, ensuring their integration into the project and ensuring the link with DGIP
  • Pilot the real estate strategy of the DGAV, ensuring an overall view of the real estate stock, analysing the needs of entities and contributing to the planning of its evolution
  • Develop and integrate mobility solutions within the DGAV, in particular between its various sites and within the framework of real estate projects, taking into account the needs of employees and users
  • Ensure the interface between DGAV and DGIP for real estate projects, in particular major investment projects, and coordinate the monitoring of needs related to the maintenance and development of buildings and infrastructure
  • Communicate and monitor projects within your jurisdiction, regularly informing stakeholders of their progress, key milestones and impacts, and being the focal point for issues related to these projects Further information can be found in the specifications by clicking here. Mr Luc Belloy, Head of State Major, is at your disposal for any questions at 021 316 39 14. We invite you to submit your complete application file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, work certificates) via the Vaud State platform.
  • Higher education (university or HES), or equivalent, in a field relevant to the function (architecture, engineering or other fields related to the management of real estate projects)
  • Additional training in project management and management, change management and/or organizational transformation is an asset
  • Professional experience of about 3 to 5 years in the conduct of construction projects, ideally in the agricultural or school fields, allowing a good understanding of the world of construction and mastering its vocabulary
  • Excellent communication and outreach capabilities, as well as ease of coordination between stakeholders from different sectors
  • Ability to negotiate, seek compromises and unite stakeholders around shared solutions, with a logic of finding positive synergies
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple issues simultaneously and propose pragmatic solutions in a complex environment
