Your Mission

You are actively helping to meet the challenges of integration into the labour market and socio-occupational life of people receiving the benefits of the General Hospital.

In close cooperation with social workers, you promote the sustainable integration and autonomy of beneficiaries by relying on their needs, their resources, and by identifying the obstacles that may exist. Your main activities

Key requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in social work or humanities, or an equivalent training;
  • You have a minimum of three years' experience in the field of placement, human resources or occupational or social integration.
  • Further vocational integration training (Certificate of Advanced Studies) or equivalent training is required;
  • You have specific skills in socio-occupational integration, employment and placement;
  • You have the necessary sensitivity to work with an affected public, both through migration and social assistance;
  • You have a good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric and the Geneva labour market;
  • Knowledge of the legal framework related to assistance to migrants and/or social assistance is an asset;
  • You have a strong interest in interinstitutional collaboration;
  • You know how to adapt to complex and constantly evolving environments and in particular, work cross-cuttingly with partner services;
  • You are mobile on a daily basis and you easily evolve within a multisite organisation;
  • You are recognized for your ability to work as a team, as well as for your dynamic and proactive personality;
  • You have a sense of contact, negotiation, initiative and are creative;
