- Technical and organisational management of the learners Polymechanik EFZ and Production Mechanics EFZ at the Biel site
- Planning, implementation and further development of training programmes according to current educational regulations
- Complete vocational training in polymechanics EFZ with a focus on manufacturing as well as further training as a vocational trainerin or - üK course managerin
- Multiannual professional experience in an industrial or production environment and sound knowledge in Vocational training
Main responsibilities
- Technical and organisational management of the learners Polymechanik EFZ and Production Mechanics EFZ at the Biel site
- Planning, implementation and further development of training programmes according to current educational regulations
- Implementation of basic mechanical training including over-company courses (üK)
- Coordination and monitoring of all training processes to ensure training objectives
Key requirements
- Complete vocational training in polymechanics EFZ with a focus on manufacturing as well as further training as a vocational trainerin or - üK course managerin
- Multiannual professional experience in an industrial or production environment and sound knowledge in Vocational training
- Very good knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Heidenhain and Fanuc)

- Finded experience in CAM (preferably Open Mind Hyper MILL), as well as application experience in CAD and ERP systems
