In the Customer Operations sector, you are involved in shaping the customer experience that has suffered a loss and receive benefits. What's waiting for you

• Independent treatment of cases of occupational benefit (LPP) in the event of invalidity and death
• Legal and medical examination of claims for benefits, request for necessary documents, determination of benefits due and drawing up of the statement of benefits
• Written and telephone contact with external clients (insured, employers, doctors, legal representatives and other social insurance)
• Coordination of benefits with sickness or accident insurer and disability insurance (AI)
• Administration of current annuities and periodic legal audits (revisions)
• Participation in continuous process improvement

What you bring

• For the benefit of an SWC of a business employee or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the field of social insurance claims or several years of experience in the second pillar (a patent would be an asset)
• Interest in process analysis and development
• Perfect mastery of French (oral and written)
• Knowledge of German or English would be an asset
• A dynamic, agile personality who favours self-employment while having a team spirit
