Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Manager of Atelier (H/F) whose main mission will be to meet the production objectives and to guarantee the monitoring of manufacturing activities.

- Organize and coordinate, in relation to the various production respondents and providers, the daily objectives by ensuring an optimal distribution of the workload
- Pilot actions to control outstanding, late or advance delivery in order to meet deadlines
Main responsibilities

- Contribute, in a logic of permanent progress, to support cells towards autonomy and accountability

- Conduct and/or participate in daily coordination sessions
- Monitor and manage the proper functioning of the precious material management process (inventory, balance sheets). Profile ES technician or equivalent
- Training in production organization and management or experience deemed equivalent
- Experience in an industrial environment, an asset
- Computer tools (MS-Office, SAP and production monitoring indicators) Spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Communicative nature, flexible and excellent team spirit
