- Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences): Banking & Finance, VVAL, Business Administration or similar study
Main responsibilities
- Life Cycle Management of products, services and prices in the investment business with a focus on asset management mandate and funds as well as responsible for relevant regulatory issues
- You ensure the operational processes for the relevant products, analyze regulatory requirements and design the corresponding measures for the conversion in the investment business
- Perceive the first line of defense for the relevant products (e.g.
- Technical responsibility for the contract, instructions, processes and forms in the investment business)
- You are the contact person in the area of regulatory requirements in the investment business such as FIDLEG, KAG and collective investment funds (CH Funds)
- Coordinating the interface to Asset Management, Legal, Compliance and OpRisk as well as other stakeholders such as Operations, IT and Marketing
- Working in a company focused on the investment business, A Changen Value Stream
Key requirements
- at least 5 years: in product management, investment/fund business of a financial institution or consulting (focusing on investment topics)
- Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences): Banking & Finance, VVAL, Business Administration or similar study
- you have sound expertise on regulatory requirements in investment business (FIDLEG, KAG, AMAS guidelines) as well as on topics such as Retrozessionen
- you have experience with asset management mandates and collective capital investments (CH funds)
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- You are a flexible, agile and uncomplicated personality with a lot of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action
