In order to strengthen our Purchasing and Finance teams at the Orbe site, we are looking for:
Pre-HEG Trainee – Purchase & Finance (1 year)
Join our teams and develop your skills at the heart of the Fabrique d'Orbe in July 2027!
We offer you practical experience in two complementary areas. During this one-year internship, you will provide operational support to both services, with about 60% allocated to Purchases and 40% to Finance.
You will have the opportunity to participate effectively in the activities of the two departments, to link different functions and gradually gain autonomy and responsibilities.
Description of activities • Creation and monitoring of procurement requests and orders, as well as entries for goods and services, • Contact with internal suppliers and clients and administrative support for procurement activities, • Monitoring of investment and maintenance budgets and creation of various indicators, • Support for monthly financial analysis and comparison of actual results with budget and forecasts, • Monitoring of costs, their distribution and rebilling between services, and preparation of financial reports, • Participation in SAP extractions, data checks and reconciliations, • Control and update of basic data in SAP to ensure accuracy, and participation in inventory monitoring, • Support for compliance and internal control activities, • Contribution to various projects and process improvements Procurement and Finance.
What Will Make Your Success • Training: Holder of a certificate of maturity, you wish to complete a pre-HEG internship • Languages: Very good knowledge in French and good knowledge in English • Qualities: At ease with the numbers, rigorous, organized, autonomous, proactive and curious, with a good team spirit and analysis, a good learning capacity and the desire to improve working methods • Tools: Easy with digital tools and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
