Main responsibilities
- You independently operate the production machines and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You carry out and document quality controls (IPK) and ensure compliance with our high standards.
- You handle machine adjustments during product changes and independently resolve simple malfunctions.
- You perform cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- You coordinate small teams of temporary employees and ensure clear information transfer during shift changes. Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience: preferably in the food sector or industrial environment
- Completed basic or further training: ideally as a machine operator or in food processing, or several years of experience in this field.
- German (fluent): B1 language level is mandatory
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and a structured working approach.
- Knowledge of products, machines, and hygiene and safety regulations.
