Role overview
Tasks: Generalist:in the willingness to acquire sound knowledge of all the processes involved in administration and to focus on the needs of the department and in accordance with his own strengths. The versatile task area includes the areas of finance (creditors, debitors, expense accounts, etc.) and personnel (employment, mutations, authorisations, lump sums, etc.) as well as general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Training as a business manager/buyer EFZ or equivalent
- Perennial experience preferably in the universitary administration
- Understanding the overall and the detail
- Well-founded knowledge of the MS Office range, especially Excel and SAP etc.
- High level of expertise and social competence, team capability and high resilience
- Empathic and professional handling of groups whose core competence is not the administration
- Very good self-organization and a high level of responsibility
- Exact, independent and reliable working methods
- Flexibility and willingness to look beyond the box
