- Esperienza minima di 2 anni in un ruolo di host.esse di accoglienza / receptionist nel settore turistico
- Buona padronanza del francese (livello C1-C2)
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici comuni (Microsoft Office 365)
- Leadership, capace di accompagnare e coordinare
- Senso dell 'organzazione, visione globale, capacità di prenere distanza
- Grande facilità nelle relazioni umane, nel servizio alla patientèle (senso dell'ascolto e della comunicazione)
- Atteggiamento esemplare, accoglienza calda e amichevole, professionalità, dinamismo e
- Training in hospitality, customer relationship management, CFC, CAP, BTS level, or equivalent
