Aubonne Hospital has served its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together different missions of the EHC in one place: for first resort medicine with its medical center, acute care with its recognized beds of internal medicine and its palliative care unit, or the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre.

Palliative care nurse (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU MAY
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- A CAS or SAR in palliative care, an asset.
- A successful experience in acute care of one year.
- Demonstrated knowledge in accompanying chronic diseases.
- Recognized abilities in symptom assessment.
- Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
- A sense of interdisciplinary team work.
- An ease in the use of computer tools.
OBJECTIVES
- Evaluate symptoms based on your clinical evaluation or in partnership with another member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop care goals in an interdisciplinary team based on the data collected and taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project.
- Provide recommendations to health care teams, while keeping a pragmatic sense.
