- Lead, coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of Regional Sales Managers and Application Specialists.
- Own and manage direct corporate accounts, building solid partnerships and negotiating OEM/corporate agreements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to expand sales of new and existing products.
- Travel Expectation: High travel requirement of 60%-70% , primarily targeting Atlanta, Georgia, the Carolinas, and the broader Southeast region of the US.
- 10 to 15 years of regional sales experience, with a mandatory background in the Pulp and Paper industry featuring hands-on application experience with mill equipment such as pumps, mixers, or screens.
