You support the creation of concepts and offers for building technology systems and actively contribute to the calculation of complex technical solutions
In doing so, you advise customers: inside competently, answer inquiries and are in close contact with sales sales field service.
In this context, you will conduct technical assessments with internal support departments and suppliers to ensure tailor-made solutions.
In addition, you maintain and collect relevant data in the offer and customer management system (CRM tool) and ensure the complete compilation of the offer documentation.
In addition, you bring your technical know-how to strategic programs and act as a contact person for innovative solutions in the team.
You have successfully completed technical training with commercial flair or experience
