Young university graduate, holder of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, come and immerse yourself in the banking world to discover the many professions present at the BCV, gain experience and develop new skills. Starting his BCV career is having all the cards in hand to build his professional future We're looking for a:
Master's degree (80%) Areas proposed: Asset Management: Development of sentiment-based trading signals. Formatting analysis of new data sets on individual title sentiment indicators. Research and implementation of investment strategies based on this data. Risk Management: Identify the most relevant nature-related physical risk themes. Assess the exposure of BCV to the physical risk factors identified in the context of its credit exposures. Study the potential impact on credit activity of the identified physical risk factors for different time horizons. Infrastructure: Systemic modelling and criticality analysis of technical infrastructures (Comfort & Data Centers). Develop a facility criticality matrix (risk and impact assessment in case of failure) to align maintenance priorities with banking continuity requirements. Marketing: Understanding the expectations and behaviours of Generation Z regarding investments. Study market approaches and key competitors. Study the current BCV approach. Define a strategy to conquer this market and support this generation in the world of investment. Private Banking Advice: Integration of AI and predictive analysis tools into the processes of a desk advisory. Behavioural bias and propensity to act against high volatility regimes. Powered by index management: Is there still a place for active management and why? - 2nd year of Master (HEC, EPFL),
