• Processing of requests for treatment in the event of hospitalization (LAMal/LCA)
• Control, entry, recording and payment of invoices (LAMal/LCA) in the stationary sector
• Telephone contacts and establishment of correspondence with policyholders, healthcare providers and other insurance companies
• Personalized monitoring of hospitalization cases with our policyholders

What sets you apart from others

• CFC Commercial employee; a certificate in the field of health/social insurance is an asset
• Proven professional experience within health insurance in the stationary sector
• Excellent command of oral and written communication in French, English or German an asset
• Great autonomy, keen sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
