What lies ahead
In this position, you work within the Benefits team of the Planvance in Nyon who is responsible for managing the benefits related to the 2nd pillar for our clients (pension funds, collective foundations and joint fund).
What you can do with us
Your main task is to assess, process and coordinate 2nd pillar benefits.
You are also responsible for processing customer requests (by telephone/in writing) in collaboration with different interlocutors (daily allowance insurance, doctors, employers, disability insurance, accident insurers).
Thanks to your open and solution-oriented personality, you help strengthen our "Dear Mobilier" image by putting the customer at the centre of your concerns.
What you bring
- SWC Commercial Employee (Federal Social Insurance Specialist Patent is an asset)
- Some years of experience in social insurance or occupational insurance
- Curiosity and interest in the topics of welfare and social insurance
- Dynamic personality, autonomous with a strong team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
