Main responsibilities
- You look after and accompany our customers throughout the entire training process, create training plans and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider
- You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as managing and developing your employees and learners
- You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
- You actively acquire future customers, create contracts, organize personnel deployment planning and are responsible for various other administrative work
- You implement the company strategy and represent the company internally and externally
- You are responsible for the budget, objectives and quality assurance and work closely with superiors Requirements
- As well as experience in a similar position: Several years of management experience
- Completed basic or further training: training as a fitness instructor (federal qualification or comparable) with a valid BLS/AED ID card
- You have very good industry knowledge, are well networked and strong in the field Sales
- You have an above-average understanding of service and a winning personality
