Main responsibilities

- Organize interventions, allocate resources and adapt priorities to the needs of production.
- Coach, support and develop technicians while promoting a culture of safety, quality, commitment and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support, structure troubleshooting and ensure effective communication at major events.
- Conduct root cause analyses, pilot corrective actions and contribute to the reduction of recurring failures.
- Follow the main maintenance KPIs and define the improvement plans necessary to achieve the site objectives.
- Ensure data quality, documentation and closure of interventions.
- Deploy the initiatives "Medtronic Maintenance Excellence".
- Communicate seamlessly and efficiently with production and other support functions (Quality, Calibration, IT, etc.). Knowledge and experience required
- Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical or automation, with minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance.
