We are looking for a legal counsel (60-80%) from September 2026 or by agreement.

- Advising and supporting management and employees in all areas of law relevant to the ZFV (especially in the area of Legal Tech & AI, contract law, real estate law, compliance topics and data protection)
- Preparation and examination of contracts and negotiating support Representation of legal issues in projects
- Support for the further development of governance, risk and compliance issues Organisation and conduct of training
- Minutes of meetings of the Management Board and Committee
- Management of and participation in projects
- Deputy Head of Legal & Governance during her absences Your recipe for success
