Main responsibilities
- Organize, plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities (production machines and/or logistics), to ensure optimal operation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize equipment performance
- Analyze breakdowns through root cause methods and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Monitoring and implementing an action plan on performance indicators (availability, efficiency, costs) to ensure reliability of facilities
- Work actively with operational departments to prioritize interventions and coordinate internal and external resources
- Participate in the management of spare parts in collaboration with the technical store, in order to guarantee their availability and minimize unforeseen stopping times
- Coaching, developing and supporting the maintenance team, promoting skill development and versatility
- Ensure continuous operation of equipment by planning and participating in the picket service Required
- Experience confirmed: in industrial maintenance and in the conduct of personnel
- Initial or continuing training completed: in the technical field (automatician, polymerician, electrician mechanic or equivalent), supplemented by a federal patent for maintenance agent
