- Strategic participation: Process optimization in ambulance, operating room and station to improve patient care
- Research & Teaching: Engagement in research, university teaching and international congresses
- Clinic management: takeover of administrative and representation of clinic management Requirements
- Qualification: Specialist title for vascular surgery, Dr. med. as well as MBA or Master or completed or advanced habilitation
- Expertise: Several years of experience in complex aortic surgery (especially F-/BEVAR);
- In-depth knowledge of open and hybrid procedures
- Leadership personality: High social competence, team orientation and confident appearance even in demanding situations
