- In addition to the maintenance and coordination of processes regarding the know-how of the Startup & VC Desk and the areas of Corporate/M&A and Life Sciences, you will scout, test and implement Legal Tech/AI tools that support our work and further develop our business model.
- Management of templates: definition of processes and responsibilities; management of filing and maintenance; responsibility regarding standardization (formatting, etc.);
- further development of know-how through legal research on policy issues, overviews of complex legal processes, training of the team on relevant topics; Professionalisation of work processes;
Main responsibilities
- Management of templates: definition of processes and responsibilities; management of filing and maintenance; responsibility regarding standardization (formatting, etc.);
- further development of know-how through legal research on policy issues, overviews of complex legal processes, training of the team on relevant topics; Professionalisation of work processes;
- Participation/coordination in the annual corporate housekeeping newsletter/template/webinar preparation; Legal tech responsibilities
- Maintaining existing legal tech/AI solutions (including contract automation);
- Constant scouting, testing and implementation of new legal tech solutions;
- Strategic advice for the partners in matters of legal tech/AI: identification of areas at the Startup & VC Desk where efficiency improvements are possible through marketable legal tech solutions;
- Coordination with KC-wide legal tech/AI initiatives as well as relevant stakeholders (COO/central IT, etc.).
- Legal education, ideally with transactional experience in the corporate sector;
- Swiss attorney’s patent or equivalent foreign education (German state examination/Austrian degree); or Law degree (BLaw/MLaw); or Paralegal training with Jus focus;
- Above-average IT skills, especially in the following areas: Windows, Word, Excel, PPT; Desirable:

- Participation and organization of know-how annual program (including know-how retreats, external events, practice group) as well as coordination with management board and employees.
