- With commitment and enthusiasm you design individual learning processes, pass on your expertise and promote a positive learning environment
- In regular conversations you will bring your communicative skills into focus

- In addition, you take on the holistic care of the patient: inside as well as the independent planning, organization and implementation of nursing measures Requirements:
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist in RF or FH and initial professional experience (ideally 1–2 years) in an acute hospital
- A pedagogical additional qualification (e.g.STEB 1) is beneficial; if not available, you will be supported
- Interest and joy in guidance and support for young adults
- Very good German language skills in word and writing
- Motivation to develop yourself both professionally and personally
