• You advise our private clients, plan estates and develop wills, marriage contracts and estate agreements.
• You are involved in the management of warrants in the areas of testamentary execution and estate sharing.
• You go to our various branches in French-speaking Switzerland to support advisors and advisers during customer interviews on the subject of succession.
• You are, along with your work, a practice-based training program to acquire knowledge in all financial fields.
• University degree or HES in economic law/law
• A lawyer's patent would be an asset.
• Desired professional experience in matrimonial and estate law and tax law
• Good knowledge in German (level B2) is an advantage
• Analytical and structured method of work and thinking
