- As a first step, you support our team of experienced investment specialists in consulting our clients on their investments.
- After a solid on-the-job training of several months, you gradually take responsibility for customers, accompany them in their investment decisions and develop with them a lasting relationship of trust.
- You interact regularly with your customers, explain clearly the evolution of the markets and the implications for their investments, and proactively identify their needs.
- You develop tailor-made placement proposals, present them convincingly and accompany their implementation.
- You are responsible for the transmission and follow-up of our clients' stock exchanges.
- You are involved in continuous improvement and automation projects aimed at simplifying our processes and working methods.
- Experience confirmed in consulting with private clients
- Banking training completed successfully. An asset: Higher education in finance, banking or economics at a specialized college or university
- Good knowledge of financial markets and major asset classes
- Customer friendliness and clear communication in French
- Very good knowledge of German for internal communication (indispensable)
- Curiosity, ambition, initiative and team spirit
- Interest in automation and artificial intelligence to optimize our working methods.

Requirements
- Expérience confirmée dans le conseil en placements auprès d'une clientèle privée
- Formation bancaire terminée avec succès. Un atout : Formation supérieure en finance, banque ou économie dans une haute école spécialisée ou université
- Bonne connaissance des marchés financiers et des principales classes d'actifs
- Aisance avec la clientèle et communication claire en français
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand pour la communication interne (indispensable)
- Curiosité, ambition, initiative et esprit d'équipe
- Intérêt pour l'automatisation et l'intelligence artificielle afin d'optimiser nos méthodes de travail.
