IT Business Analyst Healthcare — Swiss Medical Network

Role overview

You are responsible for the analysis of business demands and the realization of projects for the entire Swiss Medical Network group by guaranteeing high standards of performance and quality.

• You evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, discover areas to improve and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with our internal customers.
• You formulate objectives, establish functional and non-functional specifications.
• You use the "design-Lite" methodology and fast software prototyping.
• You run the business process reviews of the year and develop optimization strategies.

• You are effectively communicating ideas and plans to the members of the multifunctional team and management.
• You are aware of the latest processes of the Requirement Analysis and the requirements analysis, as well as the advances in automation and system modernization.
• You ensure that the solutions meet the needs and requirements of the company.
• You perform and/or support user acceptance tests.

• University training in IT or title/terminal deemed equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Excellent ability to analyze and model user needs.
• Strong experience in the realization of application architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as market solutions.
• Experience confirmed in the conduct of project in Agile mode (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban).

• Dynamic, innovative and motivated by teamwork, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Capable of working in a very dynamic technical environment and managing several tasks in parallel.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including clear and accurate oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of Atlasian Confluence, Service-Monthly, Dev Ops, Scrum/Agile is a plus.

• German and French bilingual with good English knowledge, Italian knowledge is a plus.
