Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the analysis of business demands and the realization of projects for the entire Swiss Medical Network group by guaranteeing high standards of performance and quality. Main missions
- You evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, discover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with our internal clients.
- You formulate objectives, establish functional and non-functional specifications.
- You use the design thinking methodology and fast prototyping of software.
- You run ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- You effectively communicate ideas and plans to the multifunctional team members and management.
- You are aware of the latest processes of engineering requirements and requirements analysis, as well as the advances in automation and system modernization.
- You ensure that solutions meet the needs and requirements of the company.
- You perform and/or support user acceptance tests.
- University computer training or equivalent title/term.
- 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent capacity to analyze and model user needs.
- Strong experience in building application architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as market solutions.
- Experience in Agile mode project management (Scrum, SaFE, Kanban).
- Dynamic, innovative and motivated by teamwork, with a strong "can-do" attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Capable of working in a very dynamic technical environment and managing several tasks in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including clear and accurate oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Atlasian Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, Scrum/Agile is a plus.
- Bilingual German and French with good knowledge in English, Italian knowledge is a plus.
